A Pennsylvania native, Katch has called both the Deep South and the Southwest home, and has traveled extensively across the United States and abroad. These varied experiences are woven throughout her work in painting and printmaking, reflecting the landscapes, cultures, and inspirations she has encountered along the way.
Katch's work has been exhibited in art shows throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the Hershey Art Association and the Association of Harrisburg Art Group, and her work was featured in their "Best of the Week" selection in January 2026. She is also a member of the Carlisle Art Learning Center in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and previously belonged to the Milton Art Guild in Delaware. Her work is currently on display at Smith Gallery and Fine Custom Framing in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
Primarily self-taught, Katch has furthered her study of watercolor through the Milton Art Guild and The Rehoboth Beach Art League in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. While watercolor is her primary medium, she also works in acrylics, oils, and inks, and has a deep love for printmaking.
She holds degrees from Pennsylvania State University and Tulane University, and currently resides near Hershey, Pennsylvania.
